🇦🇺💴 AUD/JPY Holds Bullish Bias Near 100.90 as Yen Weakens

The AUD/JPY pair extends gains to around 100.90 in early European trading on Wednesday, maintaining a constructive outlook above the 100-day EMA. The BoJ’s cautious stance on further rate hikes—aligned with Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi’s pro-stimulus policies—continues to weigh on the Japanese Yen (JPY), while occasional verbal intervention limits downside risks.

Technically, the pair remains bullish, supported by an RSI near 60, indicating upward momentum. Immediate resistance is seen at 101.03, with potential to rally toward 101.80 and 102.30 if buyers sustain control.

On the flip side, a break below the 100.00 psychological level could open the way toward 98.97 and 97.60.
Overall, the trend remains positive as long as prices hold above the 100-day EMA.
